About

My Story

Language has always been my entry point into the world, a way of noticing nuance, shaping connections, and building clarity. I never set out to work in AI, but the path feels inevitable because at its core, technology is about people and the ways we communicate.

Today, I work as a linguist and AI product developer, bridging human communication and machine systems. My background in discourse analysis and computational linguistics taught me to pay attention to what often gets overlooked — the pauses, the patterns, the context that make interaction meaningful. That lens drives how I approach AI, designing systems that are functional, grounded, intuitive, and built with trust in mind.

I work end-to-end across AI development, from conversation design to knowledge structures, from data pipelines to ethical guardrails. Whether it’s structuring dialogue flows, building retrieval frameworks, or shaping governance standards, my focus is always on creating technology that reflects the people it serves.

Because in the end, AI shouldn’t just perform, it should connect.

Linguistics

I champion the role of language science in AI design, guiding teams to ground their systems in clarity, context, and human nuance. From semantics to pragmatics, I use linguistics as the foundation for creating interactions that reflect how people really communicate.

Conversation Design

I lead the design of AI flows that draw from real human conversation patterns, while training teams to recognize and resolve breakdowns, apply repair strategies, and design for contextual cues. My focus is on building interactions that feel coherent, adaptive, and purposeful.

AI Architecture & Product Strategy

I guide cross-functional teams to design AI systems end-to-end, from retrieval pipelines (RAG) and prompt design to knowledge structures and QA frameworks. My focus is on translating complex technical capabilities into scalable, human-centered solutions that deliver lasting product impact.

Responsible AI

I establish frameworks for ethical, secure, and accountable AI, from governance and fairness to data management and system reliability. My role is to guide organizations in embedding responsible practices into every stage of AI development, ensuring solutions that are both powerful and principled.
