Game Preview App Usability Case Study

This project applied UX research methods to design a prototype app for previewing arcade games and reserving sessions.

Personas: Created detailed personas to capture gamer demographics and needs.
Testing: Conducted usability testing with think-aloud protocols, uncovering navigation and booking pain points.
Impact: validated strong demand for preview-before-play features, reduced navigation friction, and showed how user-centered design improves niche gaming experiences.
