Halo AI (Wiley)

Halo AI is Wiley’s first DiSC-based assistant, designed to help people understand and apply workplace personality insights. As AI Product Strategist, I led end-to-end architecture and design decisions, including retrieval pipelines (RAG), conversation design, and responsible AI guardrails. My work spanned cross-functional coordination with engineering, data science, content, and UX teams.
Key contributions included:
Building retrieval pipelines optimized for context-specific responses.
Designing conversational flows that balance personality insights with clarity and empathy.
Establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, safety, and bias mitigation.
Halo is currently deployed internally at Wiley (via Microsoft Teams), with pilots expanding to support meeting prep, team insights, and real-time coaching. This project demonstrates how linguistic expertise, UX design, and AI architecture come together to create trustworthy and impactful workplace AI.
