Spokn AI

Spokn AI is a workplace app designed to make communication more personal, recognition more meaningful, and decision-making more collaborative. My role spanned research, co-design, prototyping, and testing.
Research & Discovery: Surveys + interviews revealed gaps in trust, tone, and depersonalization in AI-driven communication.
Co-Design & Ideation: Ran workshops to design features such as tone-adjustable messaging, balanced decision dashboards, and personalized recognition tools.
Prototyping & Evaluation: Built prototypes in Adobe XD; conducted heuristic evaluations and usability testing that highlighted accessibility and cultural adaptability challenges.
The project is currently evolving into a live workplace app. Its central vision is that AI should amplify human respect, trust, and recognition—not replace them.
